Even more backstage drama at American Idol! Jermaine Jones, the man with the beautiful low pipes, had lied to producers about his criminal record, including charges for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Idol staffers also said Jermaine was “very aggressive” behind the scenes. Producers confronted him backstage yesterday, and we’ll see that footage tonight, but we won’t see Jermaine. Britney Spears hasn’t written off being a judge for next season’s X-Factor. Talks had reportedly broke down after Britney’s request for a $20 million paycheck was turned down for $10 million. We’re hearing now that both sides are meeting in the middle, and Britney’s considering a $15 million dollar offer, for one season.
And will we see another season of Two and a Half Men? According to Ashton Kutcher, nobody knows! No official word has come down, and the show’s creator, Chuck Lorre, has been mostly silent about its post-Charlie-Sheen future.
