The Canadian death toll from the swine flu has now gone up to 21. The latest victim was a 68 year old man from Ontario.

Starting next year, the Academy Awards will double the number of films nominated for Hollywood’s biggest honour. That means 10 movies will be nominated for best picture. The academy hopes this’ll boost Oscar’s t.v. ratings, which have plunged 34 per cent in the past 12 years.

Councilors and Mayor Sam Katz say the province has given very little money for road upkeep…and enough is enough….it’s time to start payin to do some pavin.
