The Ontario government continues to use too much power. So says Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli. He says more evidence of this was revealed this week when the province shut down one of its nuclear units in Pickering. He says having one of the units off line for two days costs the taxpayer 1.5 million dollars. He says the government is overpaying for wind and solar power and yet shutting down nuclear power that’s already paid for. He says the government should be ending subsidies to the wind and solar power industries.
