The Blue Sky Sailing Club is having a good summer so far. Honorary Director Henry Van Brussel says they have about 10 students this summer, but they also have been seeing a lot of people come out for their social sails. He says the new program has been taking off in it’s second season. Van Brussels says the nice weather has been helping as well and they expect to continue sailing until the end of August. He says some people do enjoy sailing in September because  the winds are a little harder which makes it more adventurous. He says they have also implemented a new online weather station, which has over sixty thousand hits on their website. It gives the current weather for Eastern Lake Nipissing.
