Province supporting Magnetewan
The province is helping revitalize Magnatewan and strengthen it’s local economy. With support from the Heritage Fund, Magnetawan is developing a plan to rebuild and renew it’s downtown after a fire last July. The blaze destroyed the General Store and the Magnetawan Restaurant and Inn. The marina, meantime, burned down 10 years earlier and remains a vacant space.
