The Near North Student Robotics Initiative is back from St. Louis.  The team placed 31st in their division and was the highest ranked Canadian team following the qualification matches on Thursday.  Also at the event, team member Kalen Bennett received the Safety Star of the Day on Friday, while past-captain Alex Wilcox was recognized as a Dean’s List Finalist and received a prize package worth over 5 hundred dollars.

The results are in from this years Waterloo math contest and some impressive results for Near North board students. Widdifield was first in Cayley and the Canadian Intermediate Math competition, Chippewa placed 4th in Pascal and Northern was 4th in Fermat .
