Area Woman Charged With Fraud
A 46-year-old Papineau-Cameron Township woman has been charged in connection with fraud against the Valois Motel in Mattawa. The woman has been charged with theft over $5,000 and falsification of books and documents. Police say the charges relate to offenses that occurred between January of 2010 and just recently, and add up to $50,000 in fraud.
