The second record from “supergroup” Chickenfoot will be appropriately titled Chickenfoot III, and will be released September 26th.  You can check out 90-second previews of several tracks at iTunes now.

     There is also a new video from the band, featuring Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony (Van Halen), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), and Joe Satriani on guitar.  Of course it involves a man in a chicken suit.  Here’s “Big Foot”:
