Miley Cyrus has had a tattoo inked as a heartfelt tribute to a pal who died of cystic fibrosis in 2007.
The Hannah Montana star’s friend Vanessa passed away at the age of 12 and Cyrus has previously thanked Jonas Brothers singer Nick Jonas for helping her through the tragedy.
Now she’s made a lasting memorial to her lost buddy, by having the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s motto “Just Breathe” tattooed on her chest.
As a parent I would have NO problem if my daughter wanted to do this.
But Miley’s touching gesture has brought about its own controversy – several commentators are speculating whether 17 year old Cyrus broke the law with the body art.
U.S. legislation prohibits tattoos for the under-18s – but some states allow younger teens to have body art if they have written consent from their parents.
A wise man once said,……(ahem)……..’MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!’
