Do you believe in love at first sight? Ken & Barbie do, according to this new Toy Story 3 sneak peek. The movie hits theatres June 18th, and I know a LOT of our Clear Kids (and a lot of their parents) are really looking forward to this!

I am curious to know how many women would dare leave their home without wearing any makeup? Billie Jo says she does all the time, but she’s never been a heavy make up user.

John Mayer got RAVE reviews the other night at the MTS Centre, and a LOT of our lucky VIP Clear Club Members were there. In fact, Christine even got to watch the show from the front row, and meet John backstage! Just got this wonderful message and picture that I wanted to share with you:

I know it seems we’re all “Tiger Talked” out these days. But with his big return this week to golf at the Masters, all eyes are once again focused on the greatest golfer (and philanderer, apparently) of all time.

This brand new Nike commercial is making the rounds. I saw it for the first time yesterday, but didn’t have the sound up on the tv, so I didn’t get the full effect until this morning. It shows tiger staring into the camera, while we hear from his late father Earl. The look on Tiger’s face while his father says things like, “I want to find out what your thinking was; I want to find out what your feelings are. Did you learn anything?”

Ever wonder just how they made that? See below for the answer – it’s a little long, but I know a LOT of ladies who won’t mind seeing more of “the guy on the horse.” LOL

I think every little boy can relate to this. I mean, who didn’t want to be a firefighter, astronaut or superhero when they were 8? I sure did.

Then as I got older, I thought about becoming an engineer, but realized that my grades weren’t nearly good enough. “He’s got potential” was always written on the bottom of my report card by my teachers. LOL

Oprah’s come up with this really cool survey. There’s about 20 questions, and if you answer them honestly (which can be more difficult than you might think) you’ll get a break down of what you’re strengths and weaknesses are.

It’s pretty accurate too! According the the results, I enjoy creating things, I’m quite artistic (I always have considered radio to be an art form of sorts) and I should be an actor or politician.  Actor maybe, but don’t worry, you won’t be seeing my name on a ballot anytime soon.

I remember as a kid,  having to eat one of those delicious eggs in 2 sittings because they were so big! I know the eggs have shrunk over the years, but I don’t think they’ve ever been this small. Now, it seems, they’re only slightly smaller than a Mini Egg. You could almost fit the entire thing in your mouth these days! (Feel free to insert “Jay has a big mouth” joke here)

Hard to believe that yesterday (April 1) was my 20th anniversary of being on the air! I remember walking into the tiny little radio station, Q14, in Stettler, Alberta. I was a naive, lanky young man ready to take on the world. All I had to do was get rid of the million or so butterflies that all seemed to converge in my tummy at the exact same time! You know the saying “trial by error?” Well, I lived it that day as no sooner did I walk through the front doors, I was handed a set of headphones, shown where the “on” switch was, and told “you’re live in 5 minutes!”

20 years, and about 10 radio stations later, I got my dream job. Hosting a morning show on a brand new radio station. 6 years later, I’m so proud to be a part of such an amazing radio station.We’ve truly got the best people working in front of, and behind the scenes, and there’s no doubt about it – we’ve got the best listeners in the world. Period.
